The truck was not clean at all in the back, the floor was very dirty and I had to put plastic down to protect my gift baskets from debris

Martin WI dropped off the load share trailer at the E. Parham Rd. location around 3AM. I had some trouble sending arrival pictures (from my end) from my smart-phone which worried me a bit but was nevertheless contacted promptly the next afternoon to confirm the U-Box and trailer were apparently found to be intact and in good condition. The next day, the gentleman who checked me out at the Springer Market in Highland Springs location was friendly and very courteous, and closing out the rental was easy and close to my home. Great service. Thanks again.
John JQuick customer service, reasonable prices tank was full and everything worked on the truck. Expectations were communicated prior to leaving with keys in hand. I would highly recommend. Please note the limited truck supply, This a small U-Haul truck rental business out of convenience store.
