How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey open at 8:00 a.m. and the guy that normally runs the store I guess, he showed up around 8:45 a.m. The fuel was almost on empty, and when I opened the truck to begin putting boxes and other items that we're going to be moved to a new location, the back of the truck was dirty and no one cleaned it out! Additionally, the windshield wiper fluid was empty as well. Not a good experience!
Scott SGood afternoon I didn’t care for the guy that handled my transaction. He wasn’t attentive at all and a little rude as well. I wouldn’t recommend no one here!
Desha GUhaul will be excellent if they would offer unlimited milage for intown driving for under 10 hrs of use.
william hThere was a little wait to be served but otherwise the total experience was excellent.
