They were out of adapters to change my truck from a 7 prong to a four prong for the trailer.. since my location was changed by corporate I did not think about it so had to go and find one after I came to pick up trailer. I verified they had one at the original pick up point so was jot on my mind. I would have picked one up.

SCOTT WI called Kevin to see if it was possible to return the trailer to his facility and he advised I could. Quick trip a few blocks from my home. They were very helpful in taking care of the unit.
