The customer service was great. The interior of the truck was immaculate and the box was above my standards but not up to theirs so they gave it another quick clean before I took off with it

DENISE KThe trailer was clean with good tires but pretty well beat up. It didn't seem to brake as well as it should either - lots of slamming as the brakes were applied.

Melvin PThe truck kept flashing a light on dash then completely shut down and lost power that was the beginning of the 3 hour trip then it started raining and the windshield wipers started acting funny so I had to press the button to make them go every time but after a few times of that they quit working all together putting me and my daughter in danger because it was pouring down rain and I had no wipers I eventually had to stop for a few hours which made the whole trip delay and caused a lot of stress and frustration. This definitely wasn’t a great experience this time around, not sure if there will be a next time after what we just dealt with.
