I wasn’t told I’d have to pick up my truck online instead of getting help in the store. The directions said my truck was in front of the store but it was out of sight in between storage area. I’m a senior with arthritic hands. I couldn’t get the lock off to retrieve the key. Fortunately someone nearby helped me.
