The location is not really ideal but it all worked. It is a busy spot and not being clearly identifiable from the street as a U-Haul facility makes it difficult. This is especially so if you are returning a large truck or trailer. It all worked and the service agent was very good and helpful.

The mobile pickup process took 45 minutes because the app thought the truck was in the middle of the ocean and could not assess that we were in the right location. That was VERY frustrating.
