I had booked my reservation well in advance in Savannah, only to be called 3 days before telling me that no trailer was available in the surrounding area. I had to have my reservation moved to a location an hour away to get the equipment I needed. Then it wasn't until the time of my reservation that I was told that there was no hitch included and that I would need to purchase my own. The floors of the truck were muddy when we picked it up. The lady checking us in was nice, but this was an overall terrible experience besides that.
