The vehicle broke down road side assistance came out and did not know how to hook up the jumper cables my daughter had to do it . It was determined that the battery terminal was extremely loose my daughter stated they did something to it and it was good to go so they left when my daughter was driving down the road the vehicle broke down again in the middle of the road so they had to come back out when they arrived they stated they had the part to fix it they put the part on and she was able to return the vehicle 2 hrs late
