Folks helpful however sign says if not on App or Uhaul account extra charges. I had Uhaul account but not allowing me to follow through with pictures etc so waited until people where at location on Monday.

Lisa MOverall, good experience. I had more trouble from the app and website than the location.
Gregory MOne of the tire hold down straps needs to be replaced it was almost to short to get around the tire and secure it in the ratchet.
