Provide good rentals , i couldnt get a refund on my rental because i drove 6 miles on it , half of those miles was to bring it back to the store i rented it at, the reason was they gave me a truck with no oil on it but i realized once i already drove 3 miles , i took it bad and that uhauls fault not mine. I deserve a complete refund

Philip N.Arrive to pick up my rental and they were closed. Waited 45mnts for them to arrive. They also messed up the drop off i have requested and send it somewhere else. Make my trip longer and late.
