Horrible! Took forever to sign in, NONE of requested equipment was in truck. Gad to drive 15 miles out of my way for half the equipment requested.

Nothing it was so easy!
JOHN PWe needed an actual store since we needed accessories for the trailer. E didn’t know that we were going to a parking lot behind a strip mall with no U-Haul employees on site.
Edward VTrailer was loaded with gravel, needed to be cleaned, otherwise everything went well
TYNE KI rented a 6 x 12 box trailer… me and my husband with an extremely bad back who is disabled because of, both struggled to the point of almost giving up to hook up this trailer all because you don’t have trailer jacks on them! That’s is ridiculous!!! What woman or older person can lift those things???? There is always an issue with this location and I rent often. I swore the last time I would never again but I did it anyway. Had I known there wasn’t jacks in these things and that they were parked on the down slope making it harder yet I would have never done it! I’m not happy yet again. All I can say is this location is lucky it’s a convenient location or I definitely wouldn’t rent ever again. At least they were responsive this time, and I wasn’t left sitting in a parking lot waiting on phone calls and missing my appointment I had to pick up something like the last time. And the lady I talked to on the phone was decent. It still needs improvements if someone actually gave a crap this would be a great spot and easy to deal with.
