1st time renting from a location without an onsite rep. Everything is behind a strip mall that you can’t see from the front which was confusing. Once found where equip was stored the online check in was easy and rep on phone was helpful

CHRISTOPHER OIf you want to pay the same rate as any other U-Haul location but do all of the work for them, as this is an unmanned location located behind a shopping mall, then go to this location. There’s nowhere safe to leave your vehicle either so you either need to get dropped off or park your car on the storefront side of the shopping mall and then walk all the way back behind the building to get the truck. Do not recommend.
