We were charged more than quoted. The placed closes on Sunday and at 3pm on Sat. The vehicle smelled like wet dog. They had some type of granular air freshner in the cupholder.

SERGIO CManager Summer was great, she took great care of me and even worked me outside to find my Uhaul truck and pull it up for me. I also rented a storage unit and when I informed her it was a little dirty she immediately apologized and just gave me a clean one three storage units down. Summer is the best and I will always use this location moving forward for my moving and/or storage needs. Great Job!! Regards Tom Gabriel.
THOMAS GPickup facility was 8 miles out of my way adding unnecessary miles driven even though reservation was made a month in advance. Toy Hauler ramp on driver’s side had a bent bracket resulting in a delay of 1 hour. I had to get under hauler and use a hammer to bend the bracket! Toy Hauler was not hooked up to Uhaul truck. I had to move trailer myself and hookup to Uhaul truck resulting in additional delay. Staff was friendly and helpful although uninformed and caught off guard (unprepared).
