The customer service left a bit to be desired. When the front desk employee learned where we were moving, she looked at me and said, “Why??” It was already a rough morning with the location and truck size changes and didn’t need that on top of it.
Brooke PLocation is clean and convenient. One thing that would be better is the option to drop trailers after hours. Had to keep the trailer longer than I needed and make an extra trip because of this.
