RICARDO GThis was a terrible location. When I showed up , I waited outside the front door which was locked and no one was in the office for thirty five minutes. Other people had already been waiting there an additional thirty minutes for someone to open the door. As it turns out , the person was out on property but not paying attention to the customers up front at all. She even drove by on a golf cart and quickly turned around and left and never went back inside to help the four people that were waiting outside the front door. If I were you hall , I would never allow this location to rent for me ever again. They did not understand their job. They did not know to tell me to download the app and I could get the code to open the lock on the yu haul through my phone which no one ever told me. Horrific Location. Rent from another location.Because you haul is actually pretty great.

PETER BThis was the best experience I have had with U-Haul. The ladies at the counter were very nice and helpful. Because of them I have also decided to rent a storage unit from AAA.
