I’ve been a customer for many years and I found it the totally surprising at this location. That the agent wanted to finalize my transaction at the end of his working day. When always been done when the customer requested the rental. They do a walk around for damages, they tally the mileage. They check that the gasoline amount is the same as when they gave the vehicle. So with that said I found that out of character and suspicion and not the norm on how it’s usually done. So I insisted that he finalized while I was there. He seemed pretty upset about that. Also the guy was my sliding my debit unusually to many times. He stated that the card reader was not accepted the card. And I did see the green light flash a couple times. Which means that the card was read. So he proceeded to request a credit which it went through in the first swipe. I really believe these guys are doing something shady and manipulating the numbers to increase income revenue. I will be reporting to this the authorities.

I order the truck in location near me but the send me to other location... Which is far from me to pay more for mileage so I did not accept it to deal with him
TAWFIQ AGood truck and service overall, but I'd recommend not allowing a customer to rent dollies when there is none. This caused me some delay as I had to drive to a hardware store to buy them (much more expensive than renting).
PATRICK BThe final charge was really expensive, the fees were not explained fully when doing the paperwork. Also the cab of the truck was really gross, stinky and dirty. I was afraid to put my purse on the floor.
