Pricing was more than previous visit. First visit was cheaper and we used truck for longer duration of time and requested 20 miles drove 2-2.5 hours. 2nd visit more expensive and used truck 1-1.5 and drove asked for 10 miles added. Did not receive fuel charge on first visit. Fuel charge added on 2nd visit. Confusing and inconsistent between each visit.

Esteban HThey felt the need to charge me for 3 gallons of Gas when I only had a 6 mile round trip from pick up to drop off. If that truck only gets 2mpg it needs to be taken off of the road. And the truck smelled horribly..
JASON PI have rented from here twice. The first time, they did not have the dollies in stock, even though I rented and paid for them as part of the agreement. The second time, for whatever reason, Uhaul didn't have a record of where I was dropping it off, and the location had to ask me for everything again. Not very confidence inspiring. My drop off location was also unavailable, according to them. Turns out the next day, the drop off location was available and fine.
