The location I rented from was great. However I was disappointed with U-Haul. I rented the truck to transport and 8 foot round pool. The truck I originally rented was unavailable, so I was given a different truck and told it would fit. After driving to pick up the item it did not fit. I called U-Hual to see if there was anything they could do as I paid $100 for nothing since the item couldn’t be transported. Even a partial refund or gift card would have been nice, but they offered no solution stating “it was still unavailable for other customers to use”. This is poor customer service and I will use other companies saving U-Haul for a last resort. This is a million dollar company that could afford to help a teacher out seeing as I still had to find another way to transport the item.

RONNIE WKevin gave great support; friendly and knowledge about the equipment. He made sure the lights functioned properly. Smooth pick-up and drop off. Also Kevin was open on Sunday and Memorial Day. Key for me on a short suspense rental. Ref trailer condition: Tires were almost brand new- although the 5x8 ft trailer was older; the pull-down door was a bit tough but the trailer appears to have come out of the "upper mid-west salt belt"
