overall it was a great experience, they called me in advance, once in the store they helped learn everything I needed to know about my rental and at the end the return was very quick so it was all great.

Hidden charges! My 20 dollar van rental ended up costing almost 50 dollars to go a total of five miles. I'll NEVER use uhaul again. And I'll be sure to tell everyone i know about my experience.
TRACY Rassociate was nice and equipment was brand new but he didn't know about employee discount and didn't apply for me so i had to call customer service to get it fixed
