JUAN DThe service was excellent, however I reserved a trailer from another Uhaul location 7 days in advance only to get there and they were closed I was fortunate to find another location that could assist me, this could have been a miserable start to my weekend

Jesse BMisleading advertising. The cargo-van rental is being advertised at $19.95 per day plus millage @ 0.89 per mile, but then I was charged $89.00 per day, resulting in a 15% overcharge. They gave me a complicated explanation, I've said "it's not fair, I want to be charged what your advertisement says", but they didn't care, they overcharge me anyway. That is wrong, very wrong!
