The inside of the U-Haul truck was FILTHY!!! Dirt, dust garbage … disgusting! The inside of the back the same, just as bad. There was no customer service at all, lady was blank face, no smile, not friendly. If you’re in a pinch and need service in an emergency and have no other option yes go here but I prefer to go another location jn Hollywod on State Rd 7

Tricia GThe experience was fine, the only thing I'd ask is for the lot to be a bit more accessible for entry and exit. There were a lot of trucks and trailers at the location. Leaving is a right turn only and I decided to go through the neighborhood to get to a traffic light so I'd be able to make the wide left turn needed. No issues with the staff, everyone was very nice and helpful.
