The experience was fine, the only thing I'd ask is for the lot to be a bit more accessible for entry and exit. There were a lot of trucks and trailers at the location. Leaving is a right turn only and I decided to go through the neighborhood to get to a traffic light so I'd be able to make the wide left turn needed. No issues with the staff, everyone was very nice and helpful.

My scheduled location address was changed without notifying me which incurred on using more miles since the location was farther from the place I was moving in. I called constumer support and no one did something about it
CRISTOFFER RAt time of rental only one person at the office who also supposed to connect equipment etc but physically couldn't do it. Definitely not a good look for u haul
