We made a reservation for a 20 ft truck, and we arrived to pick it up, not only was the sales person rude but not accommodating once we accepted the 15 foot truck. It made us miss our deadline

edgardo rClaudia is awesome and knows what she's doing. Very helpful and made sure I had what I needed when I needed it. Danny is also a great manager. One of the trucks had some bad tires, and he drove up to get us a replacement. Overall, this is a fantastic branch, and they are very helpful. Thanks so much for the trucks.
