We started off in our rental and got a few miles away when the truck's engine began to surge. The truck then stalled at a stoplight. We were able to start it back up after a minute and we immediately called the U-Haul dealership. They told us to either come back with the truck to exchange it for another one or to call the 800 number for roadside assistance. We chose to return it to the dealership and exchange it for another truck. When we got the second truck we were unable to keep the passenger side view mirror in place as the position kept unlocking as we drove (the air streaming past the truck and each bump dislodged the positioning of the side view mirror). I reported this to the dealership when we returned the next day with the truck.
