you should equip your trailers with standard plugs instead I had to buy an adapter for the lights to work. It cost more than the rental.

Oh my gosh! This business is amazing! Tammy, the receptionist, is top notch—very sharp and helpful. This company has made me look good. Yes, they're very affordable and very professional.

Terry was great

We had problems with the drop off system because our phone was not adequate. Fortunately we were able to get Norm from Elk Crossing on the phone (it was Sunday), who reassured us that we could just drop the keys. Uhaul needs to have a system for drop off that anyone can use, with or without a phone.

I forgot my hitch but they loaned me one without charging. Hooked up the trailer for me and unhooked it as well. Great service!

Nathan and Hannah were very friendly and helpful!

Since the location is a number of miles away from where most people need it, 50% of my mileage fee was spent on just going to pick up the truck. I would like to see some form of consideration given for this fact.

Very helpful staff!

Could not have been easier or better.

The location is a little out of the way.

The truck was a pleasure to drive and use. Rates are fair. The location was a bit obscure but still all right.

the vehicle starting mileage was not entered on the contract either in type or print that i can see. No round seven prong wirring equiped on the truck, really nessary. when i called about my final bill charged, not given break down of charges, just the amount.

Truck exterior was really dirty. Broken passenger side mirror and crack in windshield. Sounds like the muffler needs replacing. The truck seemed to run fine other than those problems

Customer service was great. Truck was great. The only gripe I would have is how far from town the lot was.

Really good customer service from to return. All parties (in Hood river Oregon and Valdez Alaska) were friendly professional efficient and nice! The equipment was clean and well maintained. UHauls emails and reservations desk were flawless-you guys made my family's move stress free-thanks!

I was not told that it had a 75 MPH limit on the speed. That is fine, but when I had to pass someone, I needed a long space to pass with. Even with that, when the air brakes or what ever they are that kept the truck from going over 75, went on, I thought that the truck was malfunctioning until I figured out what the problem was. Otherwise it was a great truck and I enjoyed it. (oh, it could have had a CD player in it. That would have made the ride better.)
