The woman at this location has a man hater complex. She was absolutely horrendous, and made by part of this pickup difficult, to the pine where she waited for me to hook everything up incorrectly, to inform me it was not hooked up right, and then laughed about it. The equipment had stuff that i did not ordered located in the back. When I brought it to her attention, she replied just leave it. I said I did not order and did not need, she proceeded to drag the dolly off upside down and throw a 3 year old tantrum. I could go on about the situation, but I will not bore you with the details, other than to say I will NEVER use this location, but I do not hold that against U-Haul.
