Requested and paid for a dolly but didn’t receive. Uhaul Chat Support rep, Lisa, was very helpful in getting us refunded. Not having the dolly made for a very tough day in 100 degree temps. Please deactivate the extras when your establishment is closed. It’s not fair to us customers thinking we are prepared then showing up and not getting what we need! The truck itself was clean and did the job fine.
