CHARLES FThe location is friendly, but I couldn’t give 5 stars because of bad computer programs, and poor decisions by the employees. I attempted to pick up the truck at 1300 hrs. Their interface with U-Haul was down. After 45 minutes of trying they promised a code for the lock box after hours if I called one of the agents personal number. I called and then she says I have to call U-Haul. I spent 1:15 on the phone for them to get my app working because when I was told to try the app the young lady behind the desk was trying to use the app on her phone and locked me out. So a truck that I was supposed to have a key for at 1300 hrs I wasn’t able to retrieve till 1930 which I had people waiting to help me move for hours later than necessary. They were friendly I would recommend to others, but only if everything is working properly
