The name was a bit confusing, as there are several unrelated 'Village Rentals' in the area, and Google maps was all but useless. Once we found the place (behind the Ace Hardware) everything went very well.

Michael OTruck did not come with the 48 moving pads or the appliance dolly we ordered, We were told we would have to locate some at another facility. Two hours and a fifty mile trip just to get the stuff that was supposed to be at the pick up location.
Harry BI made my reservation two weeks in advance, but the equipment was not there. I had to drive an hour and a half round-trip out of my way on moving day. I could not return the equipment to the location that was on my contract and had great difficulty finding a location that would take the equipment. Nothing about my experience with U-Haul was positive. I would be extremely hesitant to use U-Haul again.
Lori H2 locations didn’t have my vehicle, no customer support, no dolly’s included even though 2 were requested, my initial booking was cancelled and a new one was made by the ace hardware assistant without consulting me, I spoke to a customer support agent who couldn’t provide any help and was one the phone for an extensive amount of time, and now I’m hit with a huge bill for mileage because we had to drive 25 miles FURTHER to get the truck that was delivered to the wrong location. Unacceptable. I will be contacting support if this doesn’t garner attention.
