This location is not a good drop-off location. The orange key return lock box is located inside of a business with closing hours which is not accessible in later hours when I returned the vehicle. This location seems to work better as pick-up only. The Uhaul representative was able to assist me in returning the keys as there was not any physical personnel available to assist.

WANDA PDirty truck and they charged me for gas and I put a little more than what they gave me
Maria FThe U-haul was so raggedy I was afraid to get on the freeway because I thought the truck would break down. In addition, I was charged additional fees that I did not agree with. Moving forward I will rent from the I -10 location.
