A day before our rental, the pickup location was changed from a site a mile away from my daughter’s apartment to a site almost 10 miles away. This site was also on the other side of the route of the Flying Pig marathon. It took us almost an hour to find a way around the marathon. When we finally arrived at the site, the representative was unable to log in to the system. After 20 minutes he finally called someone who could log in. We were forced to pay the movers who were waiting to load the truck for an extra hour.
