The employee wasnt there to give us to key because he "went to church." Took a long time for customer service to switch to mobile pick up and the process was long and stressful. The 26' truck we rented was infested with cockroaches. Uhaul customer service was no help. Roadside assistance was no help. We took a while killing the cockroaches because we really needed to hurry and move. The whole experience was awful.

Location was not open despite U-Haul saying location was open. The truck I selected was not available an it took nearly an hour on the phone to get another truck. The truck I got worked and was fine but the service was not goo.

I know that cost him a rental because someone else wanted the truck that I had reserved. But he put safety first. I will be using this site again.
