Improve staffing. I should not have to wait while you finish up a repair on another vehicle. No a terrible experience but annoying with no apology or acknowledgement. The return was fine

However, I would like to know if you adjusted my bill. I only drove about 15 to 16 miles but paid for 25 miles. Please refund.
MARCIA MVerify condition/mileage and gas level when checking out a vehicle. The truck I rented had a little less than 1/2 of gas. I took a picture of the gas gage before leaving the lot and filled it back up to that level. Yet I was charged for the difference of a half tank of gas.
