You need to improve your online service. It took me an hour just to check out the truck. Not do to me not knowing how to work it but due to it kept kicking me off. Take a self pic. Good. Scan front of license scan not working finally get it then kicked off to redo everything again this went on for an hour that is very very unacceptable and it needs to be fixed
