Positive: personnel said 'give me the keys' and I will process Negative: not processed in system. Manager called Tuesday later asking "where is the truck" I said I returned it Sunday I was charged $79 for extra day plus fuel charge. I complained to UHaul Service Center. They made it right by reversing the $79 Overall: great truck with a comedy of errors at both ends!

Abigail provided excellent service. She was very professional and accommodated my requests and needs for my rental. I have previously only returned one way rentals to this location, but will be using this location for future equipment rental needs. Also, it is conveniently located.

I ordered 12 blankets only recieved 6. Only got charged for 6. But I had to go spend 50 dollars at Home Depot to get enough blankets since I wasn’t given enough. I ordered a 17 ft truck and only recieved a 15 ft truck. But they said it’s the same. Which it is not. My cousin put to much gas in the truck 1/4 tank to much. And I was told I would be credited for the extra. Lady at the counter said no, no reimbursements. I was very unpleased with my experience.

When I opened the Cargo Van there was the over powering smell of cigarette smoke the never went away it burned the eyes and choked you. Rolling the windows down help some but not that much.

I felt that the staff was dismissive and I was charged a $25 cleaning fee that was not necessary.

First of all I rented my 6 by 12 trailer from a different location and was switched to this location without my approval. Secondly, on a Saturday morning at 11 a.m. there was only one person working there so it took far too long to get my rental trailer settled. I had even gone online to fill in everything for the agent which said I had saved half of my check in time. It still took me over 25 minutes because of the low Staffing at this location. Next, I tried to rent 1/2 of a dozen Furniture blankets but for some reason the agent could not get it to process on the order so I was told I could just take them. The order took so long that I ended up forgetting them anyway so I called the agent to notify him that I had not received the blankets. Next I dropped the trailer back off less than 14 hours later at just after 8 p.m. the same evening Under The Canopy. I was the only vehicle Under The Canopy for the cameras to see yet for some reason the next day I was charged for a two-day rental for no reason at all. I ended up having to spend over 30 minutes on the phone attempting to contact the location... Which never happened because no one would answer the phone... So I ended up filing the dispute through the Kohl Center after numerous calls. One of the call center agents was absolutely inept at her job. I highly recommend pulling the recordings of those conversations at approximately 1 p.m. Central Time to show how frustrating the calls were. When someone finally called me back I was told it would take two to three days for me to get my money back from the overcharge. This is not okay. I'm a federal employee currently on furlough working but not getting paid for working. The last thing I needed was U-Haul to take extra money from me when I'm likely not to get paid until the middle of January. I have never had a problem with the U-haul facility that I normally rent from off of Interstate 10 in the city center area of Houston. This facility was an utter disappointment 100%. Please excuse my write-up if there are misspelling or out of place words. I am using voice to text because I just do not have the energy to go to a formal computer to write up this negative report. I have already written enough negative Reports online about this facility today.

When I went to pick up my reservation, there was only one person for the whole store and was doing a 6 jobs at once. He should be commend for that but should never been in that situation in the first place. That location should have multiple employees working not one person.

The gentleman who took my reservation was a great person. The red head from Kansas was no help. Knew nothing of my reservation and was rude about it. I had to give numbers to people that don't like their number given out because she said I need 3 phone numbers. It took longer to pickup the equipment than it did to load it, why should it take so long if I had it reserved. Then I had to go find the truck it was not brought up to the front. I did a walk around by myself she didn't come inspect so I took pictures because she was so shady. Then my husband drove the truck, she didn't ask who was driving and when he offered his driver licences she refused it and took mine. I don't know if it was because he is black or not but she was rude. I will never use uhaul again that was the worst service and process I have ever dealt with.

They just took the key for the truck and told me good bye, and that after the first location where the company had send me to return the truck, denied to take the truck for lack of space! so I had to waste more time and gas in finding another location. As a Houston resident, I feel ashame of the customer service that I received over here compared to the great service that I was given over the phone and on the pick up location.

I felt a little rushed learning the mobile check in process, but I do appreciate that the staff took some time to walk me through the process in the store when I came to pick up my reservation. I also like that the supplies I ordered were in the truck when I arrived. Overall very good service.

Uhaul charged me a fuel fee after I bought the truck back with more than they gave me. Then, I get to the Uhaul stop in another state. Never knew there was a one-way charge which you would think it's the opposite; I digress. I was told that they had climate controlled, freight elevators, and a 10by20 given by adding two separate rooms together to accommodate the size I asked for when it clearly wasnt the same. The Uhaul dispatch center needs to communicate more effectively with their city counterpart stores, because the dispatch has no clue of what's actually available in a specific store. Cancelled my storage reservation. Highly disappointed customer.

The truck was about to break down. There was an issue with the trucks engine. I called Uhaul and they never came to assist me. I couldn’t complete my job for that day.

I don't understand the policy of having 3 phone numbers where people have to answer in order to rent a truck. What if I was new in town and didn't know many people. Or I don't want people to know that I am renting a truck. This is not a good policy. Please review this.

I went into the location and the day before to make reservations for the following morning The following morning I arrive to pick up my truck and found out that they had me in a one-way truck which is more expensive It also meant that I could not bring the truck back to the location that my vehicle was parked at So I had to pick somebody up after I was done with a truck to pick my vehicle up and then I had to go find a Nother location to drop the truck off at Then at the location I drop my truck at on 34th St. I left my house keys in the truck When I got home I called the location asked if they could please look to see if my keys are in the truck They told me no they were not in the Truck. I decided to drive the 45 minutes to the location to check for myself When I opened the trunk door the keys were sitting right in the center console. So apparently the management at the location on 34th St. never bothered looking An overall horrible experience with both locations.
