We had everything reserved on line. When we arrived to pick up the rental they said since I was from another state they needed an alternative ASSURANCE like a passport green card original utility bills. A drivers license and a credit card was not enough. A deposit on the credit card was not enough. In the end she kept my wrist watch that I got back when I returned the van. This whole thing is ridiculous. Especially because the watch was worth $50!! Only.

I was overcharged by $35 and had to have that refunded. This happened to me when I rented a few weeks ago as well. UHaul is too big of a company to have this messed up of a payment system.

Manager is not too cordial, her people skills are not very good. Reviews from internet said this location had bad customer service, my experience and watching her deal with a customer issue verified this. Initial reservation done by another employee was setup up wrong even though we went through what I needed a couple of times. Employee was pleasant but clearly was not listening even though she repeated back what my choice was. I drove away, received my email confirmation, pulled over to quickly review and saw it waa done wrong, it was not the equipment reserved it was completely wrong. Good thing I stopped and looked. Details, details!

Have equipment available that was requested online during reservation, or at least warn customers that items like dollies won't be available. I only received 2 out of the 5 dollies I requested, and the rep didn't apologize for the inconvenience. The response was simply, "I don't have five available, only two."

Very professional and attentive. I wanted to purchase boxes and didn't have to wait in line. The guy walked up with a hand held devise that even took my bank card. He took the boxes to my vehicle and I was done. Went back later and picked up a truck... Everything went smoothly.

I think everything is perfect, I've been going to this U-Haul since I moved to Houston 4 years ago and the service has always been Great just like the employees.

The personnel were distracted, using personal devices, and not very timely. They did not greet me when I picked up the vehicle or when I dropped it off, nor did they thank me for my patronage. I will not be using Uhaul again.

The online order system is misleading. I originally booked a truck. It confirmed availability at the wrong location. I ended up cancelling the truck and booking a trailer. Not a good customer experience on the original order.

Almost did not very my truck from tots location, for two months in a row. However the substituted location called and got it switched back. Bad service regarding location rental.

3 people behind the counter. One asked me what I wanted after a while. Couldn't be bothered to actually walk me out to the truck and walk around it with me. Just pointed out the window and said" its out there". I asked again which one it was and she said, " its out therer with a number on it". I rented it for a day and had to argue with her to get it for 24 hr rental. She said she needed it early for another rental. BS. The rate I paid was for 24 hrs. unless the length of a day has changed. Inside cab was dirty. Windshield wipers were worn out. Steering wheel was filthy. A 100 ft. extension cord was laying on the ground by the front of the truck. I picked it up and moved it so i would not run over it. When I returned the truck it was still where I left.it. Upon return there were two people behind the counter. One guy was on the computer and never looked up. Never said someone would be with me. Just ignored me even though I stood directly in front of him. Finally a lady came in and asked if I was returning the truck, etc. I will go to your competitors from now on. To address what you can do to improve. You might figure out who is paying your salary ( your customers) and then develop a plan of customer service based on that. Regards, David

When i walked in and got the u-haul and they told me that we will give you 50 miles for the 3 days rent and you'll get cherged extra 40 cents after each extra mile. I rented it another 2 days extra and thought that i'll get more miles but they did not give me anything. When i returned it back they charged me for 20 miles and not 50 miles and had to pay 34 miles extra because my total mileage was 54 miles. I only drove no more than 44miles and when i asked them how much was the milaege on the truck when i took it, they said they don't know. So how come they knew i drove 54 total miles and not told me how many miles i started with. This is not acceptable and i'd like a personnal to call me please. 713-5396600.

Our experience was awful and still has not been made right. Our truck was confirmed and was not available at said pickup time. We waited over 2 hours for them to tell us that it was not coming at all. After saying "sure it should be here any minute" They finally called the main center to help us find a different location. That location was almost an hour away. No refund, credit or anything was offered except for the $50 guarantee which we have yet to see almost 2 weeks later when they promised it would be in there within 24 hours!! When I called in to complain the person that took my information to give to a supervisor for a call back, put me into the system for moving help instead. So I has numerous phone calls from mover services trying to get me to use their service that I never even mentioned. i figure they did that on purpose since I asked for a supervisor. Again. No call back, nothing done. Huge waste of time that put us across state a day late. With a huge move, a baby, and a tight work schedule this was a horrible experience! I have used uhaul before but will not ever use their services again. and maybe one day we will even get our 'joke' of a $50 guarantee refund! doubtful..

When I order a vehicle from one location, why accept the booking, confirm thebooking and then on the morning of pick-up notify me thst I need to go to another location. On a 15 mile rental, this caused me to go 10miles out of the way. Not impressed.

This location was great, as well as the staff however my reservation had been transferred to another location that was not opened! I ended up going to this location on 34th on my own and finding this equipment . I spoke to customer service that was absolutely no help!
