Vehicle wasn't inspected in before dispatch properly the Truck had no windshield fluid a little story dirty inside not that bad the oil level needed one but other than that it was great

Sometimes the "Driver Door is Open" alarm would be seen on the screen (where the Speed and other information is in front of the steering wheel) and slamming the driver door would clear that message most of the time

Jean and his crew are very professional. This has been the best Uhal location i have rented from.The worst experience I had was with the West Palm Beach Fl location. The website says optional on the drop off location The Rep when I check in does not verify none of the information. I get to Houston Tx and i was told to drive back that nothing can be done.Jean from the Houston location contacted the It support and was able to help me. Uhaul charged me an additional 621.80 because i had a local delivery. That was so unfair , just because there incompetent customer service rep was not doing her job.

The general manager was working the desk, a young female, she was extremely knowledgeable, very nice and very professional as there were multiple people in the office and she was able to deal with everyone in a timely fashion and address all concerns.

Good Morning, my overall experience with this location was not the best. First I called and spoke with Anna. I told her that my trip was a one way from Houston, TX to Thomasville, GA could the reservation be made on a credit card, but at the time of checkout be placed on another card, to which she stated yes. When i went to pick up the U-Haul I interacted with Justin, who was nice, but let me know that i could not do that with my credit card and that all payment would be due upfront. He also informed me that no one by the name Anna worked there and sorry for the misinformation. From there out the drive was fine and the U-Haul did its job. I returned the U-Haul a day early. The man from the U-Haul here in Thomasville gave me a call about the mileage. He could not believe that we could have put 4000 miles on the U-Haul and manage to turn it in early, a sort of red flag went off for him. Thank god because U-Haul had charged me an extra $1300 for this overage. Come to find out Justin had put the starting mileage at 6000 something, when it was actually at 9000 something. This sent me into calling several people. The 1-800 number that i was disconnected and never had a call back from. The store at 34th where they told me they couldnt help me because a manager wasnt there. Which when i called i spoke with Anna - who does work there, with Justin. So Justin had lied about her not working there. So after several phone calls to several places i have now received the refund for the mileage overage, but overall was not satisfied with the service provided by the 34th street U-Haul store. However here in Georgia the customer service was great, and thankful that they pointed out the mileage overage so that could be addressed.
