State of Texas and Harris County have mask mandates, and as a customer I chose this location expecting uhaul to follow the mandate for employees but none were. Additionally, I had completed online express check-in but had to check on again when I arrived on site. I don't think I will use this location again in the future.


Hello, it is in my best intentions to help you reflect the representation you have at THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The lack of representation and un tactfulness that completely discouraged me and The belittlement I felt led to the horrible experience I endured.


Great Experience! We rented a 20' truck for our move, when the professional movers were almost done loading, we realized we had underestimated. I made a quick trip back for another 10' for 24 hours, just a half hour before they closed. They were nice, quick, efficient and I was back within half an hour. Easy to drive trucks, would definitely do it this way again.

This is the second week in a row renting a truck. The first went off without a hitch. Unfortunately not the second truck. Not only was I over charged when picking up. I was charged additional mileage I didn't use. I've rented from this location on several occasions before so I feel familiar with it's operations & procedures. Unless the additional charges are refunded I would not recommend this location or U-haul.


I used the pre-registration option on line and it took me only 20 minutes to get checked in and hooked up to leave. Great. customer service!


The auto transport trailer braking system was leaking brake fluid,which was addressed at return. It was noted i was not at fault for leaking. Thanks

It was guaranteed dollies would be available . Then during pickup no dollies available. I'm curious if I will get my $50 booking guarantee!

Be sure to clean the windshield and make sure the washer fluid reservoir is full and not leaking.


Unfortunately, my experience would have been better if the customer rep who called me to verify my reservation would have actually check the location to see if dollys were available instead of me having to drive around to rent them somewhere else. I would have picked a closer u haul location . I feel for up charging, this method you have done with me worked . Would have saved me more money if the location I originally picked was selected instead of being referred to another longer location due to product not even being available

Let me start off by saying the young woman at the counter did everything she could to help me and was extremely accommodating. UHAULS reserve system lets people reserve and then marks the truck as available if someone comes in store, and therefore can just take it. It happened to not just me today. The entire system is flawed and I am shocked you don't have more complaints. Unless I'm guaranteed this is fixed, uhaul will not get busniess from me again. Absolutely not worth the hassle.

For $10 charge get some better dollies. The base of the dollies on the big dollars or too small on the small dollies the base is bigger. I had a worker that almost broke his foot because the dryer or I'm sorry the washer fell off slipped off and then the ropes don't work you get rid of that was Godless man that real bad for business on top of that $10 for something that didn't work another thing you can improve on this making you a receipt available before you start your survey reason being and Victor was great your general manager was great but you can't estimate taxes you know taxes are 8.5% in the state of Texas are 8.25 in the state of Texas and the tax online bill on the estimated is 10% and I hope you have not texted mileage and in the use of the equipment stuff like that can you become nickel-and-dime your customer that's not good

One person handling all U-Haul andbStorage business. I set up an account, booked my equipment and pre-paid for my entire rental and accessories in advance. I still spent over 40 minutes waiting and getting taken care of. The lady was nice and helpful but she was not being supported well with what she worked with.


The man who helped me was very helpful and considerate.

Wish they wouldn't have charged me for the extra day. Was not aware that the trailer had to be back by a specific time on the 16th. Was probably just oversight on my part, but getting a full days worth of late fee seems excessive

I informed the gentleman that the dash read RR tire need air. My entire trip which was supposed to be 12 hours took 15 because I stopped every 30 minutes to get air finally had to purchase fix a flat.

Overbook and closed by fire marshal. Was sent to a different location and then was charged for it. Then when the uhaul info was entered it was entered incorrectly and we were charge and additional $1200!!! We did receive a refund but it took almost a week and we had to put off paying bills due to this enormous mistake. Will probably never use uhaul again.

The only problem I had with the equipment was the windshield wipers were very bad. I reported this and they said they would take care of it. Check in and check out went very smoothly.
