They just took the key for the truck and told me good bye, and that after the first location where the company had send me to return the truck, denied to take the truck for lack of space! so I had to waste more time and gas in finding another location. As a Houston resident, I feel ashame of the customer service that I received over here compared to the great service that I was given over the phone and on the pick up location.

I felt a little rushed learning the mobile check in process, but I do appreciate that the staff took some time to walk me through the process in the store when I came to pick up my reservation. I also like that the supplies I ordered were in the truck when I arrived. Overall very good service.

Uhaul charged me a fuel fee after I bought the truck back with more than they gave me. Then, I get to the Uhaul stop in another state. Never knew there was a one-way charge which you would think it's the opposite; I digress. I was told that they had climate controlled, freight elevators, and a 10by20 given by adding two separate rooms together to accommodate the size I asked for when it clearly wasnt the same. The Uhaul dispatch center needs to communicate more effectively with their city counterpart stores, because the dispatch has no clue of what's actually available in a specific store. Cancelled my storage reservation. Highly disappointed customer.

The truck was about to break down. There was an issue with the trucks engine. I called Uhaul and they never came to assist me. I couldn’t complete my job for that day.

I don't understand the policy of having 3 phone numbers where people have to answer in order to rent a truck. What if I was new in town and didn't know many people. Or I don't want people to know that I am renting a truck. This is not a good policy. Please review this.

I went into the location and the day before to make reservations for the following morning The following morning I arrive to pick up my truck and found out that they had me in a one-way truck which is more expensive It also meant that I could not bring the truck back to the location that my vehicle was parked at So I had to pick somebody up after I was done with a truck to pick my vehicle up and then I had to go find a Nother location to drop the truck off at Then at the location I drop my truck at on 34th St. I left my house keys in the truck When I got home I called the location asked if they could please look to see if my keys are in the truck They told me no they were not in the Truck. I decided to drive the 45 minutes to the location to check for myself When I opened the trunk door the keys were sitting right in the center console. So apparently the management at the location on 34th St. never bothered looking An overall horrible experience with both locations.

If someone doesn't answer their damn phone during a weekday morning that is not my fault!! This location required other people answer their stupid phones before renting a truck. Ridiculous and affected our business. Its 2018 nobody answers their phone on weekday morning.

I had to wait 45 min even though I had a 10:00 appt. But it was because there was only 1 person working the counter & doing the hitching, returns etc. 3 other customers were there waiting also. So I think UHAUL should have at least 2 people. 1 inside & 1 outside. Otherwise I have used the 34th location in Houston for my many moves since 1978. Great store.

I was “guaranteed” twice that my vehicle would be available at two different locations. Ultimately it was changed to this third location the day before my move. Nothing is a “guarantee” if you then go and change it twice

There is a frustrating policy in place where the store needs to "spontaneously" phone a third party at the time of equipment rental. Don't know if this is specific to this location or if it applies to others as well. When picking up my trailer reservation I gave them my wife's phone # but she didn't answer as it was an unrecognized #. I suggested that I call her and tell her since she would answer my # but was told this was not allowed as it wouldn't be "spontaneous". I then gave them a neighbor's # but they also didn't answer (probably for the same reason). So I was forced to go home and tell my wife to answer the phone and then come back (not sure how this was considered to be spontaneous). I don't know what this policy is attempting to accomplish as a third party would not assume any liability anyway. But it seems completely unnecessary and frustrating for the customer.
