The employee is rude there is no A/C in the building
LATONIA SLocation is little confusing due to be in what looks like someone else’s business differ from U-Haul and customer service is okay.
NIYON JThe truck was extremely run down. A folded up napkin held the headlight in place. The ac vents fell out while driving. Most importantly every-time I needed to start it, my husband had to mess with the battery connections or else it wouldn’t start. I really should be asking for a refund but next time I need to rent something it won’t be from U-Haul
