Horrible we went to another location to find out the truck was not available the guy at that location told us just to go to another location and pick up the truck and that location did not have the truck. Finally we found the truck at this location after having such a hard time.
hailey sMake sure that the customer has the equipment that they paid for. As well as place them at a location where the UHaul trucks are not blocking each other as well as making last minute changing and affecting their time for renting their vehicle, would not recommend to anyone. I went through hell and back just for a truck.
Amarion JPerson was rushing me during the process and threatened to force my move in back if I did not show up on his timing.
Maia HThe person who was working there awesome guy but, where he was working horrible place. The actual U-Haul truck smelled like something died in it and also smelled like cigarettes. I was also pulled over multiple times. The officers claimed that when they ran the tags on the truck it came back with a warrant. I will probably never use U-Haul.
