I had a terrible experience with U-Hual, but it was not the location's fault. It was the company, U-Haul's fault. I had originally made the reservation a week in advance at another location. They told me they couldn't help me because the system was down but that I could call U-Haul and see what they could do. I was on hold for almost an hour. They sent me to another location where it took about 45 minutes for the man to log onto the system for us to get our trailer. At both locations we were told that the system is usually down or very slow at the end of the month. I don't understand why this problem hasn't been fixed if it happens monthly. It was a very frustrating morning. I will think twice about using U-Haul again!!

STEPHEN CThe building was very hard to find, and it’s because half of it is burnt down. The parking is VERY minimal and the few spaces that were available had the owners friends/relatives in their vehicles injecting meth into eachother, some passed out in the back seat. when asked to move their vehicles so we could hitch on, they were unresponsive. Because of the minimal parking, getting the trailer out was extremely time consuming and nearly impossible. Additionally, once we arrived to our place to load things on, we noticed 2 of the tires on the left side were completely flat, and it was left to us to fix and manage. Overall, very poor experience. This place should NOT be open and does not cater to U-haul and would certainly not pass any sort of inspection.
