My whole experience with U-Haul picking up and dropping off was horrible. I spent hours on the phone trying to get issues resolved. Calls dropped after 15 minutes. Transferred to another person who just screws things up worse. They still had the wrong locations at both pick up and drop off. Couldn’t get the equipment needed after several calls . I can’t believe the problems I had with renting a truck.
