It would have been nice to have longer weekend hours with a person to help available. We understand about pick-up via the mobile app, but we have had issues getting a signal for our cell phone, so the app was useless - not at this location.

How U-Haul Reviews Workit was easy to rent online and same day. great location. much appreciated
ryan tOnly issue was when I arrived, no one was there and was confusing as to what to do until someone peaked around the corner and said to just leave it where it is now and would check it out in the morning. Which was fine.
Jerel DThe inside counter person was smart-alec and impersonable ... after 10 minutes he finally dropped his guard and became more helpful ... although he continued to raise his voice and seemed aggressive!
kevin dNothing at all besides keep Big Mike Kerr as your main location Manager. I have always had good customer service with him from the first time I rented from Cedar Closet Self Storage. I recommend renting that 2500 cargo van you will not be disappointed
