DEBORAH WWhy my drop off location was also adjusted is equally as frustrating. The drop off location was even confirmed when I picked up the trailer and I drove to the wrong location to drop off. I’ve never had a drop off. Location changed before once. My rental had begun. Overall, even though the equipment was exactly what we needed, the pick up and drop off experience was subpar. I do want to give kudos to the drop off location because they were friendly and it was seamless and I like your app based check-in.
