First off, when I booked last week my reservation clearly had 40 Greene street in Hudson ny as my drop off, however when I got there, I had to call and chat with representatives for over 40 minutes because no one seemed to have my drop off location. Ironic. How was I the only one with it in writing with an email from uhaul?? Secondly, no one was even at the location when I arrived. Dropping off the vehicle was the longest most cumbersome part of the whole experience.

SEAN-M SMy last time ever using Uhaul. My truck that was reserved, was not even available. There was no one working at the pickup location and it took about an hour to resolve the issue, which was to issue me a 20' truck to move a couch. Unacceptable and mind blowing frustrating experience. The absolute worst. Please note, this was the SECOND time the exact same thing happened to me when renting and picking up at this location. Never again.
