No one was there when I arrived to unhitch the trailer. A woman was there having found out her rental was canceled and she was ready to move. I felt for her. My friends and I figured out the mechanism but wow. Don’t use UHAUL expecting any kind of service.

SANDOR MGave me the wrong return address and got stuck with the U-haul for an extra day. Tried calling and using the chat to solution but to no avail. I also followed up for the extra day charge I received and have gotten no response despite multiple emails. Using another rental service moving forward.
