I was called to confirm my pickup time at 8 am. I expected that a person would be there to facilitate our rental. The staff person who called did not mention that it would be cell phone pickup. That would have prepared me to know what to expect. Instead, there was nobody there when we arrived. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to arrive. We finally read the typed sign on the door to use my cellphone to pick up. Also, the truck’s low tire light was on at pickup. We checked all the tires and prepared to inflate them but none were low.
