Arrived after hours, no personnel on site as expected and was not a concern. Plenty of space to park. App makes it very easy. Please don't rate the staff at this location negatively. Suggest having a third option for outside of working hours drop offs.
SELENA COffice wasn’t open at 9am as advertised. Got charged an after hours fee. We returned the rental in the time frame we had said we needed it for. If we had known after 4 was the time we would have returned it earlier. Didn’t see that in the contract.

Amber LThe app was not allowing me to do the return. I had my location on and it was not reading my location. I also had my app up to date . I had to return the trailer through safari, and it was able to read my location. This always happens when I use the app.
