I showed up for my reservation. The truck was there. I elected to use mobile check-in, which requires nobody to be there. I unlocked the key box to find no key there. I called the manager and he was rude and told me I shouldn’t be upset and that he’ll get there in about 20 minutes. I don’t understand how you can run a business like this.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is very well run location, staff is very professional and helpful. I love renting trucks at the Hudson Green street branch
Andrew BAll good!!
LISA BI had problems from the very start. They changed my drop off location on me so I had to bring it back to Hudson instead of closer to where I was. I had made several reservations that were canceled because there was no truck available, then at the last minute the truck was put in the shop at 3 something and Ii was never called until 8:30 at night. I was not happy with the whole situation.
brenda rThe owner was awesome and friendly. Great experience renting at this location! And the “Supervisor” is wonderful.
