The self checkout app was problematic. Car images did not load onto the app. My phone browser was Safari. I had to wait until an employee came in the morning to checkout. She told me just to keep the photos on my phone which would be timestamped. So this caused me a delay.

Wayne GOpened on time and the van was ready to go. The young woman at the counter was fast, courteous and helpful. The moving pads were dusty. Uhaul should go back to the old ones with stitched cloth covering.
Robert BSays it’s open at 9 but she didn’t show up til 9:30. Phone number just rings the office so no way of getting in touch with someone to know what’s going on.
