Eric DU-Haul on-line system listed the needed truck incorrectly for the location. Customer service person was great in correcting the situation and found the nearest location with a 10foot truck. Pickup location staff were professional in providing a great experience.
Ronald KI signed up for insurance and the app apparently had a glitch and did not process my insurance coverage request. Also, breaks are horrible and makes the vehicle very accident prone. I felt very unsafe driving this vehicle, again why I wanted additional insurance. When I became aware my insurance request did not process like I had requested, I called customer service who was unwilling to help. Using the app should be functional and if on U-Haul’s end it doesn’t work, it should be made right. I’m very disappointed. I would never drive a vehicle so big that I’m not accommodated to without protecting myself with additional insurance and with the breaking being so bad. Never again will I use this company or recommend.
