Customer service was good and equipment was as described although I got the wrong dolly but they swapped it out. They also got a little backed up on the return so it took awhile but we got it done.

John POnly negative with regard to the location is that the trailer parking area is not flat, which affects pick up and drop off. Otherwise, the rental experience was great. The attendant was knowledgeable and friendly. I’d definitely rent from this location in the future.
