My appointment was for 9:00 am I got there at 8:55 another customer pulled up as well after me and that customer was there for about 15 min and as for me o was there for 45 minutes the guy took care of the other customer then went own to someone else who had came in way after me who needed there windows tinted I would recommend someone be there to take of the uhaul customers or at least the order that the people arrive

The truck had some minor things needed fixing. The service was excellent though! U-Haul reps changed my location a few times, but always informed me and made sure I had a truck during the hours I needed. Thank you!
