How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had a reservation at 9am, but when I arrived no one was there. I called Mike, the manager, he was able to find my reservation. He immediately charged my card and had me hooked up the trailer and take pictures for him. When I returned the trailer the same day I waited approximately 25mins after dropping it off just to get my receipt. Overall the experience was very disorganized and time consuming.
