I was stopped by the police claiming a stolen uhaul trailer. They held me up for over an hour while they question me about the trailer despite showing the contract. It was not the rental location fault but what the heck is going on with the uhaul records.

I forgot the gentleman’s name who helped me check out in the morning, but he was VERY helpful and made sure I understood all fees before and after the rental. He’s the first U-Haul representative to be clear and thorough.
Breanna THe was really nice to us and made us feel like we were special ...it was all a rouse! The truck ran great, but after about 1 day the deodorizer wore off and he had given us a truck that had been smoked in! I had a headache the entire rental period and it made my asthma flair up!
