The staff here was friendly. However, the 1-800 number nor the staff at the pick-up disclosed there was a milage limit. This information should not need to be sought - this information should be freely given and the customer should be fully informed. For that, I'm giving a 1 star. Moving is already stressful and expensive enough without a surprise $200 charge.
