I dropped off the truck after hours. There were no personnel present but the drop key drop off box was easily located and there was plenty of parking available.
GLENN KWhenever confirming a reservation, please ensure all reserved equipment will be available upon pickup. The pickup location did not get the reservation for the appliance dolly. I do not fault the pickup location as they did not get the full order,but I do fault the online reservation process.
