Very unsatisfactory experience. I reserved a 26 foot uhaul truck on September 19th from a destination that was close to my moving location. I received a text message on September 26th that asked me "it is time ? complete your on line check in" further down I noticed that the location for my pickup changed without notification - this location would have taken me way out of my travel route. I called the hotline on September 26th in which I was then notified the original 26 foot truck was no longer available at he location I chose, the next location was texted to me which was completely out of the travel range, the best the representative could do is give me a 20 foot truck which again was out of my way which not only cost time and money in addition to the move expense and comp me 40 miles at the time which was a whole lot of nothing just to get me to go away. What other choice did I have since I am moving my elderly mother from two hours away. While trying to pickup the little 20 foot truck I had to settle for the app did not want work I wound up spending 30 minutes on the phone getting checked in. The truck we received was damaged (marked by your company) and drove terribly. Not to mention we had to make choices on what we had to leave behind since the truck was not big enough. Terrible experience never again ... Our rental should be refunded

Kathy CThis location was very helpful over the phone. However, the U-haul app is problematic. I had to call customer service and this location several times to confirm my reservation, and to get my payment taken care of with the correct payment method. I would not recommend to anyone, to use the app. It did not give me the information I needed, nor would it let me change my method of payment. Although, it showed in the app it was changed, it did not change in the system, causing an over credit limit fee on my credit account.
Deborah MThe staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, they did not put the car tow lever on a wooden block to help ease the hook up. I had to lift it in other to hook it to my car.
