I selected the mobile pick up for my vehicle. I received the keys but they were to the wrong truck. I called the service center, and the gentleman was not onsite so he had to meet me to give me the correct key. He was very apologetic but the self check in process was not convenient for me. Additionally, when I received the truck, the check engine light was on and an error message indicating to check the gas cap, which was secure.

We had a good experience with the Huntingdon location, however when we had an mechanical issue with our trailer on vacation getting it switched out was much more inconvenient in seiverville, TN
Randy HDropped the trailer on a Sunday, office was closed.
Paul DI had requested a hand cart and none was available. I think for this office to get 5 stars, this location should have the supplies to match the needs. He was instrumental in getting me the truck I needed and at a good time and price.
