Lost key, took an hour to check in. The people were very nice but adding the hour was a pain.
JOHN CThe truck had a tail light that was out, it had low tire pressure, and it had very little gas in it.
Erika KI got to this location 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up. I was told that the guy who handles that is out taking a customer from the Garage to their home and would be back soon. After 35 minutes the guy came back and after writing everything up, he told me to pull my vehicle up to the only trailer in the lot and someone will be out soon. I did that and waited another 10 minutes for someone finally came out to hook up the trailer. It was good. It took him 10 minutes to get there but it worked out since I had to knock off a lot of snow and ice that were covering.almost all of the trailer. The trailer decals were ripped to shreds.They knew I was scheduled with at least a one day notice so you would think they would have pulled the trailer out of the snow and removed the snow and ice before I got there The guy put on the hitch, told me I was all set to go. I’ve rented enclosed trailers on several occasions from the Crystal Lake location and in the lake in the hill location and they always check to make sure all lights are. properly working on the unit including brakes and turn signals and the units are always clean on the outside and look like a reliable trailer. This place did none of that like no walk around noting any damages I hope in the future I would only be sent to regular U-Haul locations where U-Haul employees are located.
