BRANDON Pgreat overall experience
RICHARD CThe truck smelled of cigarette smoke and it was complicated to get the Uhaul app to recognize I was onsite. If it's super specific, I think there should be an explanation of where to stand or something there to guide you. I never found the QR code that would've shown I was on location. Fortunately my sibling came with me and figured it out but it was frustrating.
