1) For my reservation, the website would not progress beyond data entry. I tried three times without success. 2) So then I called in via phone, and the receptionist had the same trouble, 3 times. She then had to switch to what she called "another system", and it took my reservation on the second try. Along the way, I had to give her my AmEx 15 digit card number at least three times. 3) Then when I tried to find the store, my Verizon iphone led me to a location three blocks from the proper address. 4) Once I finally got to the store, the clerk was extremely polite and courteous during checkin as well as checkout!!

EDWARD MWe have spent alot of money with Uhaul for 2 out of state moves... Unfortunately, even after reserving specific locations the pick up experience with absolutely horrible. He was sent from location to location for a truck that we reserved and was unavailable... staff was rude and delayed his pick up experience for several hours! Very disappointed..
