The truck smelled of cigarette smoke and it was complicated to get the Uhaul app to recognize I was onsite. If it's super specific, I think there should be an explanation of where to stand or something there to guide you. I never found the QR code that would've shown I was on location. Fortunately my sibling came with me and figured it out but it was frustrating.
Josephine R1) For my reservation, the website would not progress beyond data entry. I tried three times without success. 2) So then I called in via phone, and the receptionist had the same trouble, 3 times. She then had to switch to what she called "another system", and it took my reservation on the second try. Along the way, I had to give her my AmEx 15 digit card number at least three times. 3) Then when I tried to find the store, my Verizon iphone led me to a location three blocks from the proper address. 4) Once I finally got to the store, the clerk was extremely polite and courteous during checkin as well as checkout!!
