I was very disappointed. You did not have the right size U-Haul you changed my reservation and I did not have moving pads or furniture dolly. If you’re going to move reservations, make sure people have the appropriate equipment. I was being asked to drive all over the city of Huntsville, Alabama to pick up the furniture pads and the furniture dolly that should not have been my responsibility. I had asked for it in my reservation. Since this was not a U-Haul location, the woman was not very helpful and I had no material so it all became my problem to deal with. Very unprofessional. Whereas I didn’t have to pay for those items it still was. I needed those items and I did not have access to them without having to drive to different locations to get the items I needed.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAfter hours pickup by app very complicated and drop off during store hours not any better did whole thing thru app then saw a employee came back after time posted on door be back time and she verified I had return app process I completed was complete whole app was very cumbersome no actual human available until being on hold and schedule a call back. I will never again use remote p/u and return rental no personal service I prefer actual people oriented business not all AI
