In all fairness the location was great but the U haul app / website was not working. I turned the truck in early- but couldn’t reach anyone to confirm my return. Truck was great- experience using it was not ideal at pick up and drop off.
Ryan KI used the iPhone app to check in and check out. The built in mal has an incorrect location saved. When I arrived the app told me I was in the wrong place and wouldn’t let me continue. I had to drive down the road to where the app thought the equipment was and then I could check in. Once I got the keys I found the bar code, but I didn’t expect the barcode to be way in the back by the self storage. Please fix the GPS location!
