It’s almost impossible to tell certain things until you’ve actually dealt with it. One of those cases is an out of round wheel or a separated wheel/tire. I contacted U-Haul prior to arriving at my destination to let them know what was going on with the wheel and tire and they responded so they would have it taken care of the problem is it took about 3 1/2 hours before they did? So my four hour round-trip turned into eight and I still had to pay for the equipment rental Perhaps some compensation should be afford it
